That is why it is very important to stay on top of your game at all times.Making a sale doesn’t happen by accident or by luck, the sale is made because the person doing the selling has done a good job of explaining and representing their products. Here are a few activities that will help you and your co-workers keep your sales skills sharp at all times.Roll PlayingI know this sounds corny, but it really does work, and it puts everyone in the office in a good mood, because of all the laughs you will receive.Make up a few fake, but realistic sales scenarios for you and a fellow co-worker to act out. Take turns playing the customer and the sales person. Repeat the scenario several times until you become comfortable with it. If at all possible, find a third person to observe and critique your mach sales sessions. If this is not possible, than critique each other.Current EventsDuring each of your sales presentations with a potential customer, there should be some sort of small talk, or what you would call a relax period, where you relax y Size Typeface size plays an important role in the domain of web typography. As technology grows, recent years have seen the movement of type from print to the computer screen. One area of design that has trailed more than any other in the transition to the web has been typography. The first versions of HTML did not even allow web designers control over what typeface they were to use for their page. However, with the entrance of CSS, or cascading style sheets, a whole new era of web typography began. For the past few years’ designers have had the ability and tools to orchestrate typography back into design in the medium of the web. An understanding of typography in the past gives us a good basis to understand what works well in an online environment.Forum marketing can be a very profitable exercise when you start your internet business. Use forum marketing to drive high quality visitors to your website for free. Once you are making money you can reinvest the profits into paid marketing like ezines and ppc. The significant factor with forum marketing is that you need to do your research on which forums to post regularly on. Target the wrong forums and your efforts could be in vain. You need to find forums directly related to your product or service. So for example if you sell internet marketing products then target internet marketing forums like the Warriors forum. The key factor with making forum marketing work is that you need to establish credibility and get the other forum visitors to trust you first. Avoid posts that are like spam where you post only to try and get the forum visitors to visit your website. Post regularly and answer posts with insight. Over time you will establish your reputation and forum visitors will trust you and follow your recommendations and signature links. When you join a forum there usually is a signature that you have to fill out. An understanding of typography in the past gives us a good basis to understand what works well in an online environment. When the home real estate prices are in a downturn most realtors are not regarded in such high esteem by those whose homes they have listed. Of course it probably is not the realtors fault that they cannot find anyone to buy a house at an overpriced value, but the people paying a commission to the realtor often don't see it that way. What the homeowner sees is a realtor making a whole bunch of money and not trying very hard to sell their home and you can imagine why people would be upset, especially because not more than two years ago the same home was selling within a week for $50,000-$200,000 more. This is why Realty sales corporations need to work hard on their public-relations campaign and promote community goodwill. If you will consider for instance that the average Realty Sales Corp. has probably 30 realtors hanging their licenses on the wall that means that those 30 realtors amongst them selves that could join all the service clubs in the area, participate in every single chamber of commerce committee and parent-teacher Association. That would really help them get their feelers in the community and bring people to the realty sales offices. Good leads are worth their weight in gold while bad leads can end up costing thousands of dollars and more importantly they waste your valuable time.A few tips and suggestions to keep in mind as you get started:1) Keep Track of Your ResultsKeep track of your results. You can’t compare sources and channels if you aren’t collecting data. This can be tedious but it will pay off. It’s a simple concept but one that is frequently underutilized. Devote more resources to performing channels and less to struggling ones. As I said, simple and obvious – but this is something I wish I did more consistently from day one.2) DiversifyIn my opinion, the best overall strategy is a diversified one. Don’t depend on any one channel for your leads. Spread out your resources and develop multiple channels of lead generation. Especially if you are experiencing some success, take some time to explore something new. Don’t put all your eggs in one basket. Ask yourself, what would happen if my source of leads dried up tomorrow?3) Take ControlI have tried all types of leads….purchased, Three factors determine a great typeface: generous x-height, generous width and letter spacing, and generous punch width. A lot of people resist writing a start up business plan. They are under the false notion that start up business plans are an academic exercise that people are made to do in college or business school.Another common misconception is that start up business plans are only needed if you are going to raise capital through pubic share offerings, taking on private investors, or looking for angel investors. The fact is, there are a tremendous number of benefits to putting together a simple start up business plan regardless of the type of business you intend to launch.Even if the start up business plan will only be read by you or your spouse, the benefits are undeniable. Would you walk up to someone in the street and say - "I want you to come and play for my team. I'll train you to become the best player in the country." Sounds a bit ridiculous doesn't it?What you'd probably do is watch players in other teams. On the other hand, you might decide to find some young player that you could develop for your team. So you'd spend some time looking for players in schools and colleges. What is it you're looking for when you're watching these young people or more established players? Is it experience of the game or perhaps an all round knowledge of how it should be played or even just a good all round player. All of these would be good to have but what you're really looking for is - talent! You're looking for that gift or flair or capacity to achieve your outcomes. If you're looking for a goal keeper, then you're looking for someone with that extra something that keeps the opposition from scoring. If you're looking for a shooter, or a winger or a quarter back then it's the same story, you're looking for talent. It doesn't rea Size Typeface size plays an important role in the domain of web typography. The font point given by the designer, such as 14-point, determines the size of the typeface on the screen. Readers do have the ability to specify type size in their own browsers trumping the size set by the designer. The W3C recommends using the “em” unit when specifying type size. Em, also pronounced “M”, is the point specified by the user multiplied by the amount of Em specified. For instance, if a user set his font size to 12-point and the designer specified a 2em size, then 24-point type would be displayed on the page. Anti-Aliased vs. Aliased Text With modern operating systems like Windows XP and Mac OS 10, users have the ability to select a display option called anti-aliased text. This is a great option in terms of design because it uses color variations to make jagged or stair stepping angles seen in aliased text look smoother. “In letterforms, aliasing is especially problematic because the stair stepping interferes with the smoothness of curvature required to define so many individual characters”. See Figure 3, where the left letter shows how anti-aliased text is displayed and the right letter shows aliased text. The effect is more flattering to larger text. This provides a more pleasing view for the user during reading. However, a disadvantage of anti-aliasing is the effect it has on smaller text. It tends to create a blurred or distorted effect to smaller text. The designer should keep in mind that he or she cannot rely on users having anti-aliased text enabled on their machine. Often the results of typeface selections can be unattractive if this is not taken into account. Screen Color The difference between print page and the web lies in the method used to display colors on the medium. Print media uses the subtractive color system, which is how humans see most objects in natural light. Consider how we see green grass. Natural light, containing the full color spectrum, hits the grass and all of the colors but green are absorbed. Therefore, we see green grass. Natural light hits the printed page reflecting the colors that we see, whether it is black and white newspaper text or a glossy col
