Tips For Launching Your Bricks And Mortar Business Onto The Web
It doesn’t matter if you are a small firm offering computer parts to local businesses or sell clothes to a wide range of international consumers, launching your bricks and mortar venture across the Internet will most definitely work in your favor. Before you can increase the awareness and interest in your business, there are a few things you should consider, which will make this transition i
As a consultant, I’m always trying to find ways to provide better service to my clients along with delivering more value for what they pay me. Whether it is a little piece of advice that helps in an area on the periphery of the services I provide or connecting a client with a resource totally unrelated, the focus is always on giving the customer what they need. That got me to thinking about what the customer could do in return to ensure a win-win relationship with consultants or any service provider.

Here are five unquestionable ways to becoming a great client:

    Pay Your Bill on Time
Admittedly, this is overstating the obvious, but it’s no fun for service providers to have to chase down payment for services rendered. If you deliver a product or service on time and to spec, you expect to get paid on time, right? Why would you want to make someone do something you wouldn’t do yourself? Paying your bill on time eliminates stress for both parties so do both parties a favor by being on time with your payments.

Event Sponsorship - Should We or Shouldn't We?
Here is a funny story. An event coming up next weekend that will benefit a local charity. This event, like other special events, is a revenue stream for nonprofit organizations and requires corporate sponsorships. A big car dealer was contacted and asked for his consideration. After a call or two and a package sent, his reply was, "I just can't get excited about your cause." Can you imagine?

Challenge Your Disbelief in New Possibilities to Break Through to Exponential Improvements
DISBELIEF: Overcome Limited Imagination and Blind SpotsThe disbelief stall is based on a valid experience, lack of relevant experience, or a previously established circumstance that no longer pertains. What Makes a Great Guest? (Or Coach, Or Sales Professional)
Who would expect that watching a fifty year celebration for Larry King would get me thinking about the attributes of great coaches, sales professionals, clients, consultants, you name it. The other night while watching Larry being interviewed by Katie Couric, Katie asked Larry what makes a great guest. His response got me thinking. Larry said they have PASSION; they are able to clearly A

    Bulgarian Property Hotspots
So much has been written and said about the current prospects for the investment property market in Bulgaria now that the nation has joined the European Union; opinion ranges from those who believe the hike in property prices prior to EU accession represented the majority of the positive adjustment due in Bulgaria, to those who are certain that property prices could now mirror those of other

If you seek outside assistance, let those professionals do what they do best. After-all, that’s what you hired them to do isn’t it?

    Listen to Your Consultant’s Advice
Consultants wear many different hats and stay up to date on many aspects of business which qualifies them to solve many problems. If you seek advice, have the guts to really listen versus dismissing it as inapplicable to your particular situation. You might just solve a problem or improve things more rapidly along with deepening a relationship in the process.

    Offer Consistent Constructive Feedback
Consultants get a bad rep for being “know it all” types that don’t listen, but that’s a misnomer with top tier consultants especially those with smaller firms. They genuinely wish to better their business, too so be proactive by offering constructive feedback when an opportunity arises. If handled properly, your feed
