It’s natural to want to be liked. Everyone wants to think they are a pleasing, pleasant person to be around. However, we can’t and won’t please everyone all the time and we shouldn’t try to. What then, do we do with negative feedback?I recently had the opportunity to take a 360Reach assessment, which is designed to help me identify my branding position based on how others see me.
