In modern corporations mostly due to the DotCom era, when corporations were seeing investors move to faster moving companies; we saw a paradigm shift in Corporate Management. Yet they are so busy in the boardrooms discussing transparency with lawyers and accountants they have little time to listen or to brainstorm.
