    That is pretty much what I wish to say, from the entrepreneur’s perspective regarding the word “Cost-Effective” in the FTC franchise report. It does not belong there and should be removed. If we leave that word in the report it is either showing ignorance or an attempt to misrepresent fact in which case either the Commission is incompetent or lying and neither are acceptable in my opinion. I would appreciate such descriptions and wording such as “cost-effective” concerning government regulation not appear as part of public reports concerning my industry again.
