One of the problems we have when we interact with professionals, whether they’re architects, doctors, lawyers, or accountants, is the fact that we never quite know enough to know when THEY don’t know enough. We can spin our wheels, wasting time and money, and suffer even worse outco
There is always lots of talk about teambuilding to increase productivity in a business. And this goes for all size businesses whether they are small, medium or large corporations. After being in business for 27 years I've found the best way to build teams was to do it by working late one night on a project such as a marketing campaign and order pizza. We would get everyone in a room and watch videos from our core competition. We would look at their ads, television commercials and even brochures and sales videos. No News is Bad News!
Many companies treat customer service as a necessary evil, an afterthought, only needed if mistakes and problems arise. This viewpoint is best reflected in the antiquated mindset: ‘No news is good news!’When it comes to customers, that’s bad news! Here’s why:If you have a cu

    Public Relations for Musicians
