This uniformity of behavior creates a common ground for future communications as well as making changes.
The goal achievement process must also include specific criteria so that consistency of achievement is increased. Many are familiar with the SMART criteria
- Specific
- Measurable
- Attainable
- Realistically set high
- Target date
However, if this criteria was truly effective, consistent goal achievement would be within everyone’s grasp. Unfortunately, more people still set goals than actually achieve them.
