    Directions

    In a saucepan, combine the water and sugar. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar melts. Simmer the mixture for 5 minutes.

    In a bowl, mix together 1 teaspoon of the sugar water with the powdered green tea. Add green tea mixture to the saucepan and stir until all is completely mixed.

    Add the heavy cream and the light cream and stir until well mixed. Pour mixture into an ice cream maker and follow manufactuer’s directions.
