Is Your Paid Search Advertising Generating Positive Financial Results?
As an online business, you may be familiar with or currently utilize “pay for performance” search engines to send visitor traffic to your website. Also known as pay-per-click, PPC or paid search, it has literally taken the online marketing world by storm especia
n together. As well as anything, it provides a warm environment for values and responsibility to grow.

Start something radical today: Don't ask your children any questions, unless it's "Put your feet up - would you like juice or milk?"

    Roll Up Garage Doors
The first roll up garage doors appeared on the market in 1956 and was called Roll-a-Door. They were manufactured by an Australian company called B&D and were believed to have been inspired by a roll up door made from sheets of corrugated steel in the Middle East.
    "How was school today?"

    "Fine."

    "What did you do?"

    "Not much."

If this sounds familiar, it might be time to try something radical: Just don't ask the questions!

How about trying these ideas instead.

    • When your children come home from school: "It's lovely to see you!" Or, "Welcome home!" Or even a cheery, "Hiya!" And then carry on with whatever it was you were doing. Leave it at that.
    • When they want to talk about what they've been doing: Try limiting your side of the conversation to: "Oh." "Really?" "I see..." "Hmm."
    • When feelings, emotions, and attitude are revealed: A little empathy can go a long way. If our children look sad, it can be too easy to say, "Why the long face?" Or, even, "What's wrong?" Much more can be accomplished with, "You look sad. It must have been a hard day."
    • When they feel they would like to explain - it might include some trouble they got into: "Oh, that must have been difficult for you," will work wonders. "What did you do?" Will not.

The Main Question To Be Avoided

One question that it is best to avoid above all others is: "Why?"

    "Why did you do that?"

Asking children for explanations is fraught with difficulty. Often, they are embarrassed, or guilty, or they simply do not know the answer to the question, "Why?"

Recognition and discernment are powerful forces in keeping parents and children together. As well as anything, it provides a warm environment for values and responsibility to grow.

Better Brand Research: What Customers Want

I guess the whole article could be summed up in one pithy expression - seven short words:
