This left United joint top of the table with the same amount of points as Chelsea. Liverpool are now trailing both teams by eleven points and already look out of the title race. Playing a more consistent team instead of changing it each week could in my opinion help the team in a big way but who am I to tell Benitez what to do?

Later in the afternoon Arsenal played away at Reading. On paper this looked like quite a tricky match for the gunners but in the end they ran out easy winners by four goals to nil. Arsenal played the game the way it should be played with some neat and slick passing moves. Thiery Henry scored another two goals and the whole team looked awesome.
