    Furnishing Evidence in E-Tax Compliance
Self-assessment relies on taxpayers voluntarily meeting their tax obligations. This concept is recognised in all tax statutes, which sets out taxpayers’ primary obligations, and clearly spells out that taxpayers are required to determine the amount of tax payable correctly and to pay it on time.Disclosure in this context serves two main purposes. First, it is necessary to provide information for audit selection. Secondly, disclosure is relevant to the issue of the abatement of penalties.Taxpayers have a statutory obligation to disclose to the Commissioner in a timely and useful way all information required to be disclosed under the tax laws. Disclosure here covers items specifically required to be disclosed by statute, a
many things. We don’t even have time to sit down and evaluate all the possibilities when making decision. Stop for a moment and think!

    4) To take a good rest. Our minds are lest sharp if we are tired. We are unable to access the entire situation. We may overlook something. We tend to make mistake easily. In this case, we simply need to take a good rest. We need to take some long sleep. We need to go for a holiday break. We need to recharge our batteries. In 3 John 1:2 says that I pray that you may enjoy good health and that all may go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well. When we enjoy good health, all things will go well. Therefore take good care of our health, in return we are fitter to face any problem and make any decision.

Conclusion. I want to end with this, take good care of our physical body. We need to be fit to face the challenge of this world. Next, maintain a good spiritual relationship with God. A lot of things are beyond our control. We need God to guide us and lead us.

Did you see a new marketing method recently either at your home, or maybe online? Maybe you learned something you never thought to do, and you're dying to give it a try? Or did you speak to your friend, who told you about his friend who used this new and totally 'fail-safe' approach to marketing that made him thousands of dollars in a day? Why is it that you can never MEET this 'friend'?It's a tough thing not to pay attention to those few people who make a lot of noise. They talk about ideas that promise big returns with almost no work, in almost no time. It sounds great, but unfortunately, as you know more often than than not those big dreamy techniques provide little more than deflated results, and a deflated wallet.Yo

Making decision is an intergral part of our daily life. Whether we like it or not we are constantly making decision everyday. It could be related to our family, church, ministry, business, relationship and personal issue. In order to make the right decision, we need to have insight, knowledge and experience. Due to the absent of these conditions, we may be making a lot of wrong decisions. This will cost us millions of dollar in our business, family to be broken and relationship suffered. As a result of all these it makes us feel very defeated and frustrated. Therefore, we need to make the right decision or else we may regret for the rest of our life.

Why did we make the wrong decision? Maybe we are anxious and impulsive. When we are facing certain problem, we did not sit down and think thoroughly. We make the decision hastily and quickly. Next, it could be we are too busy; we don’t have the time to access the situation. Or maybe we are unclear about the nature and seriousness of the problem. Or else it could be our failing to forecast the future. Lastly it could possibly voice down to just bad planning.

How then can we make the right decision? There are certain principles in the bible that can help us to make the right decision.

    1) To be calm in our heart. In order to make the right decision, we need to be calm in our heart. Being anxious and impulsive will not help; it will only add on to our stress. Look at Jesus in the midst of a furious storm (Matthew 8:23-27). The disciples were terrified and they do not know what to do. High waves were sweeping over the boat. They cried to Jesus, “Lord, save us! We are going to drown!” But Jesus was sleeping. Then Jesus got up and rebuked the winds and the waves, and it was completely calm.

Jesus was found sleeping. How can he sleep in the midst of a furious storm? When he was awaked by the disciples, he was so steady that he got up and rebuked the winds and the waves. He knows what to do. He did not get panicky. As for the disciples, they are anxious, not knowing what to do. What about us? Are we more like Jesus or the disciples? We need to be like Jesus when making decision – calm and steady. Then only we are able to get up to face the storm of our life.

Next, Psalm 46:10, tells us to be still and know that I am God. Do not get panicked or anxious. Be still, God is in control. Often we are so caught up in our problem that we forgotten about God. Our hearts are confused and our eyes cannot see God. That is why we are unable to make the right decision. Therefore, be still and know that I am God.

    2) To sharpen our spiritual ears. We are living in a very noisy world. We are bombarded by so many sounds and voices – radio, television, iPod, cell phone and people in our surrounding. There are so much things going in and out of our ears. Out of all these sounds and voices, we need to hear the voice of God. Psalm 119:105 says “Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light for my path”. We need to hear the word of God because the word of God will guide our feet and light our path. It will prevent us from making the wrong decision. But how can we hear the voice of God? We need to sharpen our spiritual ears. Let me share a secret that I have learned. It is found in Luke 3: 1-3.

Look at verse 2 and 3; the word of God came to John son of Zechariah in the desert and he went into the country around Jordan, preaching a baptism of repentance for the forgiveness of sins. There is one very important keyword to take note which we may neglect is the word desert. Desert is a very quite place. It is very much different from the city. It is not busy, no one to be found, minimal or no activity at all. In order to sharpen our ears we need to get out of our daily busy routine, quiet down our heart and spend some quiet time with God. This will help to sharpen our spiritual ears to the voice of God. In fact, in many situations we need the internal guidance of God. But we are totally out of tune with God, so caught up in the problem and we wonder why we always make the wrong decision!

    3) To put down all our works. There are so many things for us to do. We are always trying to meet the deadline. We are so busy day in and day out. We hardly had time for anything other than to work, work and work. In order to make the right decision, we need to rest from all our works. I’m not talking about not working but we need take some time out of our busy schedule. Look at Martha in Luke 10:39-42, she was distracted by all the works where else Mary was beside Jesus. Many a time we are like Martha, we are busy and we are distracted by many things.

Over the past few years while working as a personal trainer, I've been fortunate enough to study weight loss, and more importantly, success. I've also come to realize a very important concept about both of them.Successful weight loss is not so much what you know. In fact, success with weight loss is also not completely dependent upon what you do. What is important and what ultimately leads to permanent, successful weight loss is what you know and do together that makes all the difference.Let me illustrate the point that simply just exercising or just dieting without knowledge of what to work on doesn't guarantee success.I've worked in a health club setting in the past both as a personal trainer as well as a fitnesecision? One of the important aspects in our life is motivation; we tend to loose our energy for many reasons quickly. Lack of energy diminishes efficiency, affects productivity, creates frustration, develops stress, makes you short temper and ends up with depression; all these affect both personal & professional life. So, what is motivation?Motivation is a force which drives character to overcome conflicts or is a set of forces that cause people to behave in a certain way.Why Motivation?I’ve specified answer for this in the start of the article, anyway we need to be motivated to consistently perform well at work, develop a better relationship with parents, siblings, friends, wife etc.How can we be motivated?< that I am God. In fact, too much of these elements will greatly decrease your site’s ability to convey it’s message.Look at sites like Amazon.com and Buy.com.
