We let our bosses, supervisors, managers, financial planners, friends, workmates make the decisions for us. We are dependent on others to determine our future, how we live, where we work, how we work, how we should live, what we should buy…the list goes on.

This happens mainly because most of us are not confident enough to make our own decisions. We doubt ourselves and tend to follow the crowd and what other people say. Why? Are we such flexible people that we just follow what people tell us? I don’t think that’s the case.

The modern commodity markets have their roots in trading of agricultural products.
