In this paper, we present the issue concerning tacit knowledge. This latter is difficult to externalize. In the knowledge management (KM) field, many experts discussed this problem, as others tried to discover solutions for its externalization. Often, knowledge management systems (KMSs), when created, are not obviously dedicated to the tacit knowledge management. Recently, with the introduction of information and communication technologies (ICTs), some KMSs contribute to the tacit knowledge management. Yet, not all KM experts agree on this point; some are encouraging the ICTs-driven KMS and some others claim their weak implications in managing tacit knowledge.
