This is a fun book party game that is best suited to older children. Prior to the party, make 2 identical posters with the names of 10 popular children’s books listed down the right-hand side. On separate slips of cardboard, write the name of a character from each of the books. Stick the posters up at the far end of the playing area. At the start of the game gather the children and split them into two even teams, giving each a large blob of adhesive putty. Players from each team have to take turns choosing a character at random and running up to the poster to match it with the correct book. Incorrect answers cannot be fixed until all slips of cardboard are on the poster. The first team to match all answers correctly is the winner of this book party game.
