10 Tips On How To Create A Website That Works
    1. Formulate a plan Before you build a Web site, consider the following:• What is the purpose of the Web site? Are you selling a product, advocating policy, educating readers or posting volunteer opportunities?• Who is your audience?• How do you plan to promote your site?• what payment system do you plan to use?• Who will design your site and for what cost?• How often will you need your site updated?2. Know your audienceUnderstanding your primary and secondary audience is important for any project you undertake. For example, an older audience may appreciate a Web site that has a larger font size. Studies show that children are more apt to click on a banner ad than an adult; find out who you are serving and tailor the page to meet their needs.3. Design for multiple platforms, browsers and screen resolutionsBesides knowing the demographics of your users, knowing what type of computer they use is helpful as well. While the differences between the newer versions of Internet Explorer on the Mac and Windows platforms are few, older versions display Web pages very differently. For example, a resolution of 640x480 means that your monitor, whether 15", 17" or bigger, will display 640 pixels wide and 480 pixels long. The bigger the monitor (and oft

Prove the spirit, that it be of God. Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, (1Jn 4:2-3) Miracles aid in proving the validity of the Church, just as the speaking of tongues. Many are for the believer, and others are for the unbeliever.

The gifts of healings. The gifts of the spirit are many, and do great work within the Body of the Church. Many of these gifts can be asked for, and if found worthy, you shall receive them. There are two different types of healing, the Physical and the spiritual. The physical, again, proves the power, or validity of the Church Body and the Spiritual helps maintain the resolve of the individual.

To Start A Virtual Assistant Business Or Not
It sounds great, work from home and spend more time with the family and still earn an income. It is great, but it’s hard hard work.Remember virtual assistants need to actually work to earn their money, so there’s no lounging around watching TV or saying to yourself I’ll just do the housework and then get on with some work later. Or I’ll play with the kids or go out shopping, just because I work from home. You can certainly do those things, but you must allocate work time throughout your day.And explain to your partner that just because you work from home it doesn’t mean that the house can be immaculate or a great meal can be served at dinner time; you do work from home remember. This is still something my husband is coming to grips with after 4 years. You need dedication and a drive to actually work. You no longer have a boss breathing down your neck making sure you actually do any work. You are your only motivator to get on with any paid work. Gone are the days that you turned up to your office, put in minimum effort, got paid to chat to colleagues, had coffee breaks, went out to do your banking, surfed the net, talked on the phone. No those days are over, you no longer get paid to do no work, you only get paid when you actually sit down and do some work. And remember there is unpaid work as well being a virtual assistant. You have to
The A, B, Cs, of Building a Church.

We must all know, a Church is built on two things, 1 minister, and a Vision. To build on the foundation that Christ has laid, we must adhere to the laws of the Church of the First Born.(Revelations.) We must seek out the will of God for the Church, and have a goal, set down as to the proper doctrine to teach. We must also have a government in place, for the church to be able to run properly. No man made doctrine must be allowed with in the frame work of the Church. All our directions, and laws, come directly from the word of God. This is the first thing, that we must promise, to do; Feed the flock of God which is among you, taking the oversight (Superintendence; watchful care.) thereof, not by constraint(By Force), but willingly(From the Heart.); not for filthy lucre(Building a Church, or, Becoming a Minister of the Church, for the sake of payment, Money.), but of a ready mind; Neither as being lords over God's heritage, but being ensamples to the flock.(1Pe 5:2-3)

Neither as being lords over God's heritage. We are the ministers of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We had no sacrifice to make, no payment for all sins of mankind, we neither had a Kingdom made without hands. We are not to be a king, judge, nor powerful ruler, over the church, nor the children of God, but an example to them, on the ways of Christianity. We must lead well without devisions within the church. We cannot hold on to that which we have by force, threats, or coercion, but with love, and understanding. The Church must not become a dictatorship, what we have freely received, we must freely give. Let not any man within the Church Body, be called Father, for we have only one Father, which is in Heaven.

That there should be no schism in the body; but that the members should have the same care one for another. Schism; In a general sense, division or separation; but appropriately, a division or separation in a church or denomination of Christians, occasioned by diversity of opinions; breach of unity among people of the same religious faith. All members, of the Church, must become unified under, one Lord, One Faith, and One Baptism, without divisions of doctrine, nor faith. For I have seen many denominations break apart because of divisions of interpretation of scripture. When a Pastor becomes a lord over the Church, the church will break faith, and loyalty, with the body.

To begin a church, you need a dedicated individual of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Jesus stated,”Where there are two or more, gathered together, in My name, there am I in the midst. A church can start with as little as two people. As you read on, you will see the governments and the differences of administrations. The Church is not a building, but a joining of members under one faith, in Christ Jesus. A church can be a building, or a room in a home. It can be a place under a tree, or any place, open to the peaceful assembly of people. For as the Lord states, “What Building will you build me?” And whether one member suffer, all the members suffer with it; or one member be honoured, all the members rejoice with it. As the Church grows with believers, the administrations, and governments, within the Church, will grow. Remember, keep it simple, and trust in the Lord. If you have no building at first, don't despair, as the congregation grows, and tithes, and offerings start to come in, the Lord will bless all with a structure to hold your meetings in.

Here is the government of the Church. Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular. And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues. (1Co 12:25-28) Give none offence, neither to the Jews, nor to the Gentiles, nor to the church of God. (1Co 10:32)

Ordination; Any of the governments of the Church, must be called by God, and ordained by Him, before he can be in charge of any of the operations of the Church. Secondarily, men, known by him, must be willing to ordain him by the wishes of the Church body, threw their knowledge of him, with a good report. All these men must be born again Christians, this with no exceptions. For how can the blind lead the seeing? These men must prove themselves worthy of these callings, by demonstrations of their calling by God, in the presents of the assembly of the Church, and its Deacons. Each one must be in line with the laws of the New Covenant, written out within the Scripture, this also including their wives. Bishops and Deacons, have the duty of the operation of the, Church building and materials, necessary to the operation of church functions. The running of the church is primarily threw the Tithes and offerings commanded by the Lord, for the well being of the Church. No food shall ever be, brought, nor eaten within the sanctuary. Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates? (2Co 13:5)

First Apostles, an Apostle is a person who plants the Christian faith. This is a person that establishes new Churches, and introduces Christianity to other areas of nations. This duty must be first in the establishment of any new church. Was Paul the last Apostle? No. Just the First.

Secondarily prophets, A prophet is a person illuminated, inspired or instructed by God to announce future events; as Moses, Elijah, David, Isaiah. A prophet is also a person that can predict the future of the Church. Many say that there are no more prophets, but this is not so. They say these things because of lack of faith, and belief, in the word of God.

Thirdly Teachers, The rules for ordination of teachers is the same as the works of government and Ministers. But foolish and unlearned questions avoid, knowing that they do gender strifes. And the servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach, patient, In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth; And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will. (2Ti 2:23-26) Teachers are, again, called to service. The teachers are taught by the Ministers, and the Holy Spirit.

188 Stage Hero's Journey (Monomyth): Confidence In The Hero
The Hero's Journey (Monomyth) is the template upon which the vast majority of successful stories and Hollywood blockbusters are based upon. In fact, ALL of the hundreds of Hollywood movies we have deconstructed (see URL below) are based on this 188+ stage template.Understanding this template is a priority for story or screenwriters. This is the template you must master if you are to succeed in the craft.[The terminology is most often metaphoric and applies to all successful stories and screenplays, from The Godfather (1972) to Brokeback Mountain (2006) to Annie Hall (1977) to Lord of the Rings (2003) to Drugstore Cowboy (1989) to Thelma and Louise (1991) to Apocaplyse Now (1979)].THERE IS ONLY ONE STORYTHE HERO'S JOURNEY:a) Attempts to tap into unconscious expectations the audience has regarding what a story is and how it should be told.b) Gives the writer more structural elements than simply three or four acts, plot points, mid point and so on.c) Gives you a tangible process for building and releasing dissonance (establishing and achieving catharses, of which there are usually four).d) Gives you a universal structural template upon which you can superimpose your situational story. This is why stories such as Alien (1979), Gladiator (2000), Midnight Cowboy (1969), American Beauty (1999), The Graduate (1967) and man

Nicolas Darvas - How He Made $2,000,000 in the Stock Market
Nicolas Darvas was a world famous American dancer back in the mid 1900's. He also became famous for making $2,000,000 in the stock market in under two years with an initial investment of under $20,000.After making a profit in some stock of a Canadian mining firm (which he bought from the proprietors of a Canadian dance venue), Darvas was hooked on chasing a quick buck in the Stock Market.Like many before him, Darvas was convinced that having made an initial profit, he was some kind of natural born stock market speculator. However (again like many before him) Darvas took loss after loss on the Canadian stock market after buying in and out of the market on the advice of unreliable brokers and newsletters.Telling himself that the Canadian Stock Market was for small fry, He changed course for the New York Stock Exchange. Here (again) he took loss after loss, buying in and out of the market on the advice of brokers and newsletters. Always seemingly buying at the high - then witnessing a sharp retracement - and selling at the low.Sick of buying on the high and selling on the low, and in a fit of desperation, Darvas ploughed his money into a couple of stocks that that had been hitting their 52-week high. He was utterly surprised that the stocks continued to rise and subsequently sold them to make a rare profit.Darvas decide to regroup to

Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of faith; Or ministry, let us wait on our ministering: or he that teacheth, on teaching; Or he that exhorteth, on exhortation: he that giveth, let him do it with simplicity; he that ruleth, with diligence; he that sheweth mercy, with cheerfulness. (Rom 12:6-8) The Holy Ghost divides to every man Separately; distinctly; apart from others, The gifts within the Church., at His will.

Helps. The helpers, within the Church, are just as it says, Helpers. These individuals help the Deacons and Elders, with the upkeep, and maintenance of the Building. It is also their duty to God, and the Membership, to seek out those that are lost, inviting them to the church, to learn about Jesus.

Governments, Administrations, and Operations. And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord. And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all. But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal. For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit; To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit; To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues: But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will. (1Co 12:5-11)

Diversities of tongues. This is the most controversial gift of all other gifts. Many do not understand that, without the diversity of language(tongues) many people would never hear the gospel preached.

Bishops and Deacons. A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife, vigilant, sober, of good behavior, given to hospitality, apt to teach; Not given to wine, no striker, not greedy of filthy lucre; but patient, not a brawler, not covetous; One that ruleth well his own house, having his children in subjection with all gravity; (For if a man know not how to rule his own house, how shall he take care of the church of God?) Not a novice, lest being lifted up with pride he fall into the condemnation of the devil. Moreover he must have a good report of them which are without; lest he fall into reproach and the snare of the devil. Likewise must the deacons be grave, not doubletongued, not given to much wine, not greedy of filthy lucre; Holding the mystery of the faith in a pure conscience. And let these also first be proved; then let them use the office of a deacon, being found blameless. Even so must their wives be grave, not slanderers, sober, faithful in all things. Let the deacons be the husbands of one wife, ruling their children and their own houses well. For they that have used the office of a deacon well purchase to themselves a good degree, and great boldness in the faith which is in Christ Jesus. (1Ti 3:2-13) End Part 1. ars.
