    Starting a California LLC
Starting a California LLC is easyAs a new business owner you will want to make sure that you follow all local, state and federal laws. You will need to ensure that you properly withhold all appropriate employer taxes and make required tax deposits on time. But this is

Ahhh, but that's the easy way out. Then you can dream about how successful you COULD have been if you had only followed through with your idea. You can dream about what you would have done with your riches. It's easy and safe to dream. It's scary to take action.

Make Your Hobby Your Career To Have A Better Life
How many of you people are bored of your current career? Is the grind of working nine to five with the same people day in day out getting you down? Have you had enough of that long commute to the office and all of those traffic jams? If you have answered yes to any of these three questions it
Have you ever had a business idea and then thought, "nah, that will never work." Then a few weeks, months or years later you see someone launch a similar idea and make a bundle?

It's happened to all of us at one time or another. The problem isn't a lack of good ideas -- it's the inability or unwillingness to take action! In fact you don't even need a groundbreaking idea to make it in business -- you just need a good marketing plan and the ability to put everything into motion.

For example, think about the pet rock. Crazy fad, right? But what if you had been the one with the idea to sell pet rocks? That little negative voice probably would have shot it down in an instant. Afterall, who would buy a rock when you can get scads of them for free in your own backyard? And Heaven help you if you tell someone else...you might just get laughed right out of town.

That self-doubt coupled with the nay-saying of others is a recipe for inaction. You don't take action because you're afraid to fail and prove your friends right. Or maybe you don't take action because you're afraid of success (yes, it happens! Familiarity is safety.). Or perhaps you take some action, but then use perfectionism or procrastination to prevent yourself from ever finishing.

    Negative Feedback Is An Opportunity
Most of us have difficulty with negative feedback. We tend to become angry, defensive, or hurt when people offer negative feedback. We blame the bearer of the information. Many leaders avoid it altogether, because it strikes at one of our most prized possessions--our image of self. We like to
