Increase Your Profits by Switching to Daytime Cleaning
Traditionally, janitorial staffs clean buildings after business hours. But some businesses are realizing a substantial cost savings by allowing cleaning staff to work during daytime hours. Daytime cleaning may require the purchase of quieter vacuums and other specialized equipment; however, the minor up-front investment that is needed can lead to huge paybacks for your cleaning company!Daytime cleaning may not be suitable for all of your buildings. However, it is worth looking at the advantages of daytime cleaning to see if it is suitable for any of the locations that you

    Find Free Resumes Online
Have you been spending money on countless job boards, only to find that they don’t offer the types of candidates you need? If the answer is yes, don’t fret any longer, you’re about to learn crafty techniques to help you find free resumes on the net. There are numerous free resources online that offer resumes. These include: Free Resume Databases; Free Member Resumes on Association websites; Free College and Alumni resumes on University websites; Free Resume Newsgroups; Free Resume Blaster sites and active and passive resumes hosted on individual candidate websites. All of th
Step 1. Spend two hours a day researching out “online marketing success” on the internet using search engines.

Please don’t forget to leave your credit cards in a locked cabinet at home, away from your reach so you can truly begin to learn what others are saying about marketing success on the net and not drain your wallet or increase your debt to do so.

Step 2. Find someone you would like to duplicate.

No. That doesn’t mean you have to produce a twin, although I do know two extremely successful twins that are in network marketing and they are the first to say that they truly duplicated themselves in every way. When deciding on a mentor, be sure that they can walk the talk and that they are really successful. I’m not sure what it is going to take for you to develop this belief in their success. I know I have to have proof…like driving by their houses…verifying with at least three witnesses…seeing their income tax returns…or seeing that they are doubling the results anyone else in the company has experienced. Ask yourself why would you want to duplicate someone who isn’t already successful?

    Empowering Customer Service Vital
It never fails to amaze me how many companies have employees who are empowered to offer former customers wonderful incentives to lure them back, yet their customer service representatives have the ability to offer virtually nothing to convince an unhappy customer to stay.Powerless, these CSRs often actually ignore customers’ requests and declarations of their intent to leave, even encouraging them to seek out another company! They often repeat the few phrases they’re allowed to say over and over again, further infuriating the customers.I recentl

Business Leadership Starts with Mentoring-The Dance of Mentoring
The typical role of a mentor is defined as being the training and technical support anchor for an individual who is learning new skills and knowledge. The mentor guides and leads their prot?g? in a dance that ensures knowledge and skills from the mentor are transferred to the prot?g?. This dance is individually choreographed for each mentor and prot?g? as all prot?g?s’ are not the same. One of the big mistakes systems make is to assume that anyone can be a mentor. WRONG! This mentality often is the same mentality that causes systems to move good technical staff into manag

Image Crisis - What Do Employers Expect?
In today's competitive employment world most people are interested in "standing out" from the crowd. But, think again when it comes to the image you present to your prospective employer. What are they looking for? What does their culture support? Will the image you present blend in – or standout, and which is best? The answer is really "both". Yet, how can you possibly standout and blend at the same time? And what does that mean when it comes to your "image" anyway? Simple… research! From the employers point of view the fact that you have taken time to research your

The system is the mechanism that will propel you to success. I remember learning to swim the freestyle. It was relatively easy for me to master, but then I grew up in Hawaii and am somewhat of a fish. I know I’ve grown gills somewhere along the way. In my many years of watching people swim I was always amazed at how many variations of freestyle there actually are. Some of them actually got the swimmer nowhere and others got them to the other side, but it took forever. Using the right system got me to where I wanted to go quickly and efficiently. That’s what you want to look for.

Step 4. Learn what the system is.

Make sure you understand what the system is telling you what to do. Stop. Check with your mentor. See if your interpretation is the same as theirs. Instructions, basic as they are can be interpreted in thousands of ways. Make sure you are not stuck with the wrong interpretation.

Step 5. Determine your risk. Decide what amount of time and money you are willing to risk.

For some people, spending $1,000 on leads is not a problem. It’s all relative to what your budget is. Do not let your money slip through your fingers if you aren’t seeing the value in the outcome. If your budget is $80 a month, then stick to it.
