Finding the Right Car Loan for You
So the time has come to purchase a car. A big decision in anybody’s life and one we have to make sometimes far too often. That being said it is also a great time of excitement for the prospective new car owner regardless of whether you’re buying a brand new Rolls Royce or something a little less ostentatious.Of course the key to purchasing your new pride and joy is having the required funds necessary to make that new dream machine a reality in the drive way. But don’t forget the extras that always go with any new car, those being insurance and road fund licence as well as the obligatory air freshener, key ring and new mats to complement your new ride. So remember when you’re budgeting for your new wheels not to forget the essential extras. So what is the right car loan or finance for you, well that’s a question that requires any prospective purchaser to do there homework and see what is out there. Don’t just take the offer of finance put on the table by the dealer trying to sell you the car. Remember these guys are trying to get the maximum profit from their sale to you so you may find the repayments are not in your favor. More often than not the APR offered by dealer finance is highly uncompetitive when compared to your average ‘High Street’ lender. The main thing you gain from dealer finance is not having to go elsewhere to arrange a loan. You should still get a warranty if it’s included with the car and any other perks the dealer is offering. So where do I go for a better APR rate than the dealer? Well the first place is the high street as said before. Banks & Building society’s have loan rates for any purpose that are usually much more competitive and if you get one with our own Bank or Building society they will know you and may offer you great repayment deals. But the real goldmine for car buyers anywhere is of course the internet, with a global marketplace lenders can loan anyone anywhere any product they

188 Stage Hero's Journey (Monomyth): Freedom to Live; New Behaviour
The Hero's Journey (Monomyth) is the template upon which the vast majority of successful stories and Hollywood blockbusters are based upon. In fact, ALL of the hundreds of Hollywood movies we have deconstructed (see URL below) are based on this 188+ stage template.Understanding this template is a priority for story or screenwriters. This is the template you must master if you are to succeed in the craft.[The terminology is most often metaphoric and applies to all successful stories and screenplays, from The Godfather (1972) to Brokeback Mountain (2006) to Annie Hall (1977) to Lord of the Rings (2003) to Drugstore Cowboy (1989) to Thelma and Louise (1991) to Apocaplyse Now (1979)].THERE IS ONLY ONE STORYTHE HERO'S JOURNEY:a) Attempts to tap into unconscious expectations the audience has regarding what a story is and how it should be told.b) Gives the writer more structural elements than simply three or four acts, plot points, mid point and so on.c) Gives you a tangible process for building and releasing dissonance (establishing and achieving catharses, of which there are usually four).d) Gives you a universal structural template upon which you can superimpose your situational story. This is why stories such as Alien (1979), Gladiator (2000), Midnight Cowboy (1969), American Beauty (1999), The Graduate (1967) and many others (all deconstructed at the URL below) appear to be different but are all constructed, almost sequence by sequence, in the same way.and more...ABRIDGED TIP(S):*****Freedom to Live*****Part of the Freedom to Live is the Hero's New Behaviour. In Brokeback Mountain (2005), junior is getting married and Ennis will go to the wedding.*****Leaving the First Threshold*****Upon leaving the First Threshold, a New Self is slowly becoming apparent. The Hero leaves behind the Old Self. Often this is expressed by a Change of Clothes. In B

Article Marketing – What is the Purpose?
Article marketing has become one of the most influential, and much talked – about, internet traffic source today. Now, you might notice that I did not say that article marketing was the most popular traffic source today, and I think that the reason for that is that people are generally lazy and are not willing to take the time to write a quality article.Your job in writing an article is to persuade the reader to click on the website link that you should include in the authors’ ‘resource box’ provided by the article directory. An important point to keep in mind is that the visitor has reached your article deliberately. They very rarely find it by accident. Most of the work has therefore been done by the article directory. The visitors sent to your article have chosen to read it, and you have to make the article interesting and relevant to their problem.People visit search engines to get information or to have a problem solved. If they find your article interesting enough, or if you can demonstrate to them that you know a lot about your subject, they will want to find out more and will click on the link you provide to your website. Once they do that, you then have to keep them their. How you do that is another problem, but at the very least a good article marketing strategy will lead them to a web page that is highly relevant to the topic of the article.

Franchisee Labor Issues and Quality of Service Considerations
Each franchise system must maintain a quality mantra to compete in today’s fierce market place. You do not take anything for granted; you fail to service your customer and your competition is beating down their door to provide what you had forgotten. You sink or swim on your ability to give good quality service each and every day. To do this you must have the right employees, who care and are well trained and when they smile, they had better mean it because customers will know if they don’t!Having run a franchise system; The Car Wash Guys, CarwashGuys.com for many years, I can tell you not a day went by when I did not recite the quality and service mantra. I use to say to every new employee I met; “What more important, quality or service?” They would know instinctively and yell “BOTH!” Indeed I would say and give them a high-five.In your company you no doubt have identified several ways to combat the labor issue and keep a team atmosphere. Another method may be utilizing a labor service especially in the beginning of your business. This could be a way of test-driving employees without making a commitment. It would also keep their payroll off your books while the business is getting established (taxes, workman's comp., etc.). It forces the labor company to be responsible for someone showing up for work and if they don't do a good job you are not required to pay for a bad employee.A challenge for all of us in the future in any business will be maintaining the level of customer service and focus on the customer. These days customers demand more than ever before and there is also more competition than ever before; Bring it on!This is the reason you must get your foot in the door with new customers, but maintaining this is critical and paramount. The customer is why we are able to be in business and what will keep us in business. As a Team you must constantly remind each other of this and share what creative ideas

    Your Networking Profile
There are many reasons why people network. With the four situations and characteristics that are described here you are able to check your network profile. The fist group of networkers is best characterized as job-hoppers, they do not only care where they work, or how long as long as they have a good time, remuneration and obviously give in return their experience. They like to be flexible and are always looking, if not open, for opportunities. As for professional networking sites are concerned, they would probably prefer LinkedIn rather than Xing.Another group is less concerned about where they work but they are more in search to optimize their professional background or looking for extending this into a new uncharted territory. Knowledge is important and the exchange of is a logical next step in… networking. Xing would provide a very good match as a networking site. The third group (member) is not a “professional” networker but an “authentic” networker. He or she is not necessary linked to a professional network organization but knows that without networking his professional life is empty. To compare this think about people who (only) talk about "CRM" systems where others who really know what relationship marketing is, would not utter the term CRM. They just do it! The authentic network is a networker you can learn from, networking is a natural attitude for them. Not like someone (from the first category) who calls you when he is a moment without a job...And then the last group. He or she is not a networker. "Why," you might ask. This last person is a highly skilled and probably niche specialist who is too busy. He is always asked by all those knowledge workers who have learned that it is important to know someone who knows to do the job.Your network profile is a mix of all, but one would probably fit you best.© 2007 Hans Bool
