Essential Skills for Creating A Dynamite Relationship with Your Boss
At some point in our lives most of us will be working for someone else, so it is important to fully understand what makes our boss tick and how best to interact and influence him or her. How much attention have you given to your boss’s personality style? How does she function? What seems to agitate or please her? If we have a difficult boss we focus on what drives us crazy. If we have a great boss we tend to take things for granted. Recognizing the factors which contribute to creating the most successful, powerful working relationship is a skill to be utilized throughout one’s career. One of the ways to do this is by identifying your boss’s personality type. Let’s look at a few examples. Jo’s boss is extroverted, high energy, with lots of ideas which he makes happen. He tends to move quickly and rarely acknowledges the good work his staff does. He assumes they know he appreciates and values them. Bill’s boss is hard working and organized but tends to micromanage her staff. Bill worries that his boss does not trust him to do his job and therefore would not recommend him for a promotion. These are

    Credit Reports Inside and Out
The Credit Report is like your scorecard in the lending world. Every time you prepare yourself to acquire or purchase something that requires financial assistance from a lending institution, your credit report will be your “presentation card”.You also need to realize that other entities like employers and insurance companies often use your credit score to determine if they want to do business with you. There are three credit bureaus where you can request a copy of your credit report (Equifax, Trans Union and Experian); and the information that you’ll get with any of these three bureaus it’s basically the same: your current and previous address, social security number, date of birth, current and previous employers and of course a list of every single open account you have with data like: credit limit, current balance, minimum payment, and your payment behavior.Once the Credit Bureaus gather all your information, they give you a rating between 300 and 850, being 850 a perfect credit score. Each Credit Bureau makes its rating individually, and you will want to get the blended credit score at
You want to write. You really do. But the passion you feel never gets translated into actual writing. And if it does, it doesn’t last very long. You run out of steam.

There are reasons for this. First, you may be writing out of your conscious mind. Another problem for many writers is that they don’t have enough technical facility with the craft of writing to know how to develop a piece. That can be taught, but technical facility alone won’t do the trick. Technical facility lies in the domain of the left brain, and you’ll give the Inner Critic an open season if you fixate on technique alone. But technique fed by passion is unstoppable.

7 Questions to Ask Yourself Before Your Next Interview
It is not enough to dress up and arrive on time for the interview. Here are the top 7 big questions to ask yourself when trying to land your next position.1. Are you a problem-solver? 90% of interviewees cannot answer “problem” questions. You should be able to tell the interviewer why they should hire you and what the company will miss out on if they do not hire you.2. Are you getting your resume out there - in a big way? 80% do not generate enough job-seeking activity through networking to land interviews for the right jobs.3. Can you describe your skill set and how you are the best candidate for the job? 80% cannot identify and/or describe desirable skills. A typical question is “What are your three greatest strengths?” Be ready with answers that include an example or brief story to illuminate your point.4. Have you done your homework on the organization? 80% do not research companies for information and the problems they are in business to solve. You should develop your own tactful suggestions for solutions without appearing as a “know-it-all.”5. Would you want to

    Guide to Google Adwords
Google had established its supremacy amongst the ranks of search engines being the most preferred and most popular search engine on the web. I remember the instance when the son of a friend of mine refused to accept the information we gave him about Christmas, until he was convinced that the content had indeed been pulled off Google. In 2000, as Google won the race over the other search engine it was also involved in creating a program that would catapult its position as a viable advertising medium and generate more revenue. The initial advertising model that Google had developed was primarily for the use of big companies however, it later also developed the Google Adwords program which offers beneficial results to all companies, big and small.Google’s Adwords is a keyword targeted advertising program. The original Google Adwords program was discontinued because its basic idea was to pay per impression which did not guarantee traffic to the advertiser and was not so popular. With the overhauling that the Google Adwords received in 2002 changed all of that. Google’s Adwords is advertising model that

I Bought Rich Dad, Poor Dad
I’m typically the type of person who doesn’t buy into get rich quick schemes or advice.I’m a divorced mom of 3, and in my search for a way to become financially independent, I stumbled onto the Rich Dad series of books by Robert Kiyosaki. I was pulled in partially by the fact that he tells us in the books, that he and his wife Kim, lived out of their vehicle for a period of time before they made their wealth.Mr. Kiyosaki also tells us that living in their car, was their choice rather than a necessity. They lived out of their car, because they would rather live in their car, than get a job that wasn’t going to provide the lifestyle that they are presently enjoying.I’ve purchased and read Rich Dad Poor Dad, The Cashflow Quadrant, and Rich Dad’s Retire Young, Retire Rich, and needless to say, I don’t want to live out of my car in order to be able to afford to invest in real estate. My children need to eat and get a good night’s sleep so that they can function in school during the day, and the majority of our population lives in the same reality. Real estate investment is not an option for most

Passion = Creativity and Creativity = Passion

Think of what happens when you are passionately, lustfully in love. Are you not amazed at the risks you take to be with your beloved? Are you not amazed by how wonderful and beautiful you feel? Are you not amazed at the creativity that is unleashed all around? Passion, risk, belief in self—these are paramount to the creative experience.

I have a theory that has been very successful in my teaching. I believe that anyone who has taken the trouble to find me and taken the risk of coming to see me much less signed up for a series of workshops or private lessons has a writer within dying to break fre
