How to Write an Online Marketing Plan
Today's businesses are faced with endless options for executing an online marketing campaign. Business owners have to place a considerable amount of time and effort to ensure their marketing campaign doesn't result in over inflated budgets and nonperforming strategies. The online arena of marketing, unlike other media outlets, have tons of cheap and quick marketing tools that could tempt business owners on a shoe-string to use untested strategies without a formal plan. The seemingly low-cost options could eventually lead to unexpected budget problems. The best way is to incorporate a specialized plan into a traditional marke

Myths And Mysteries Of Taking Minutes
Minute taking has changed over the years. The requirements and expectations of the 21st century are very different from the expectations even 10, but certainly 20 and 30 years ago. Here are some points for you to consider about minutes and taking minutes.• Minutes are written for people who were at the meeting, not for people who were not! They are not designed to be a story to tell everyone who was not at the meeting, what went on. It may be smart to publish the key decisions but that is all.• Around 60% - 70% of the minute taker's work is done before the meeting begins. Most but not all of this work is in the preparation of

A Herd Of 45,000 Website Visitors That Didn't Cost Anything...

In September 2003 an amazing turn of events led to a massive flood of media coverage, which in turn sent a stampeding herd of free visitors to a brand new website.

Leonard Richard is a 52 year old farmer living down under in Victoria, Australia. He was out and about on his farm not too far from his house, when a branch fell and hit him hard on his head.

Leonard estimates that he must of been out cold for at least half an hour and was in a really bad way.

As luck would have it, Leonard's pet kangaroo called Lulu, discovered him and helped to raise the alarm. I didn't realize this myself, but kangaroo's can make a kind of barking noise. The persistent and somewhat out of character barks from Lulu eventually managed to alert Leonard's family in his house nearby.

It's uncertain but Leonard thinks that Lulu may have also turned him on his side to keep his airway clear, although I'm not sure whether I believe that bit. Leonard was airlifted by helicopter to the nearest hospital.

How to Find Kids Affordable Health Insurance
Unless we are eligible for an excellent employer-sponsored group health insurance package, health insurance can sometimes be anything but affordable. When this is the case, many of us opt not to purchase health insurance for ourselves. We rationalize not purchasing health insurance by telling ourselves there are mouths to feed, bodies to clothe, and other bills to be paid.Denying ourselves health insurance is not wise; however, denying our kids health insurance is even worse. Kids’ health needs even more attention than our health. For example, kids need immunizations to help them ward off infections and diseases and grow healthy

Don't Overlook Articles If You Are Running an Online Business
You can't run an Internet business without articles. That's a fact. But exactly how should you approach the art of article writing?Well, for starters, you need to understand just what articles can and cannot do for you. They can't turn a bad web site into a good one. They also can't fix design issues, nor can they tap the Blue Rhapsody in top hat and cane. Other than that, they can do a heck of a lot to give your web site credibility and good content.Articles can be acquired a number of ways. You're probably aware of that. You can buy one of those fancy PLR packages that have been circulating the Internet since 19

    A Quick Thinking Entrepreneur...

On the other side of Australia, a quick thinking entrepreneur and website designer by the name of John (sorry that's all I could get), got in touch with the Richard's family and offered to set up a website for them free of charge.

They would then be able to share their story across the globe. The website didn't go live until April this year, just before the RSPCA officially announced the award. This was when the media frenzy whipped up a real pace and the website was literally flooded with visitors. So many, that they had to shut the site down and upgrade the servers.
