What I Have Learned as A Beginner to Internet Online Business
Like tens of thousands of people who often venture online exploring ways to make a little extra money, I have been looking for ways that would allow me to eventually live a life with residual income and financial freedom.Obviously, I did not know how except for the fact that many are making millions of dollars every year from Internet. But I learnt fast, after having paid a lot of money to the so-called Internet gurus. I realised that there were a lot of scams, hyped-up promises, and just plain sure-way-to-loose-your-hard-earned-money programs. Very quickly, it became obvious to me that the promises of make-tons-of-money-with-no-effort-all-for-free had to be challenged because this is not true at all! What you get for nothing would be nothing. I learnt now how I should look every time before I leapt.Building a business online is just like building a brick-and-mortar business offline. So you need both a good plan and a marketable product. Some friends advised t

Any new venture is a risk, so yes, a home-based business is as well. The risk you're taking is in yourself. ARE YOU WORTH A RISK?

What is your plan? What steps are you taking now so that 2006 will not be a repeat of 2005? Or if you don’t have a plan, you must be so happy that you want to be doing what you’re doing for the rest of your life…right?

What is the risk of doing nothing?

“If you aim at NOTHING, you’re surely going to get it!” (Dani Johnson)

It's difficult to imagine why anyone with a true desire to be their own boss would not want to jump into this type of business. I mean JUMP!

The number one reason people give for NOT starting a home-based business is that they don't have the money.

Of COURSE you don't have the money! I didn’t have the money. None of us had the money when we started. If you had plenty of money, you would NOT be looking for a new opportunity, would you?

IF YOU DO NOTHING, how much more money will you have in 12 months?

How To Start With Absolutely Nothing And Create Wealth online in 30 days or less.
Without a doubt, if you asked me, Shane if there was only 1 marketing strategy that you could use on the Internet, what would it be?  Without hesitation I would say joint Ventures. Joint Ventures are easily the most lucrative Marketing Strategy ever invented and if you learn to do it right, will likely be the ONLY marketing strategy you will ever need to use. A Good Internet Joint Venture is your shortcut to success. It can send you more qualified internet traffic rushing to your site in the shortest amount of time than anything I've ever seen! And it can mean bringing your product to market without spending one single penny of your own money! In it's simplest form, Joint Ventures have to do with 2 businesses (or more) joining forces to leverage off of each others success, assets and/or expertise. There are hundreds of different variations but let me just give you one simple example: One variation of a simple type of joint venture partnership used most fre

Don't Try To Sell On The Web, You Have To Know How To Market
There are jillions of desperate salesmen, and saleswomen, on the web trying to sell a product, with very little or no success. Don’t even try to sell! You have to market your product. You have to understand the basic principals of marketing. People don’t want to be sold. You have to get into their head and make them want to buy.Think of your last half dozen large purchases. How many of those things that you bought did you really need? You probably saw a few of them on TV. Then first time you saw the commercial you were interested and may have thought “That would be nice to have”, but you didn’t really consider buying it. By the seventh time you saw the commercial you decided that you just couldn’t live without it. The marketing people planted an idea in your head, then reinforced it, and reinforced it until you just couldn’t resist it any longer.I’m not saying that they did anything wrong. That’s what drives our modern economy. If we would be honest with ourselves,

Things You Need To Know About Creating A Website
A few weeks back, my brother’s wife had asked me to come to her house as she was creating a website and she wanted me to guide her through the process. She seemed quite annoyed by the whole process and was pretty confused and frustrated at the same time. I agreed to help her, but frankly speaking I didn’t know much about creating a website myself. Though I was flattered that she thought that I did know how to create a webpage, however I wasn’t too sure why she had the notion that I had any experience with it.Suddenly, I realized that my sister in law had a feeling that I am efficient at creating a website was perhaps because she had visited my blog. I think that she is confusing blogs with websites. Though I may know how to start up a blog nevertheless this does not make me eligible to tutor someone on creating a webpage. I feel personally that a number of people do not understand the differentiation between a blog and a webpage.Even thoug

The Complicated Nature Of The Buy To Let Market
Investing in a buy to let property isn't quite as simple as a lot of people appear to think it is. Many people who buy to let a property it think that it's going to be as simple as buying themselves a house. This is most definitely not the case. There are a large number of laws and regulations in place to protect the tenant from inadequate performance by the landlord. There are also a lot of financial complications from entering into a buy to let mortgage or loan. These differences can come as quite a shock to people who are new to the buy to let market. These difference scan often be a large part of the reason why many newcomers find themselves with legal and financial problems. The financial aspects of buy to let mortgages and loans are becoming more and more similar to standard mortgages as the lenders try to make loans of that type more accessible. Until fairly recently the money that the owner received as rent from the tenants did not count towards the total income on

Let me ask this. Would you go to a local commercial broker and tell them that you want to start your own business but you don't have the money? What would you expect them to say? They'd ask how you were going to finance it. I'd say how can you expect to start a business then?

With a home based business, you are starting your own business.

This is not a JOB where you're being hired by someone to do tasks so THEY can earn lots of money. If you want to start your own business, how are you going to finance it? It's up to you to find a way. You've got to figure it out. I KNOW you may not have the means today, so work on it. If you're meant to be a business owner, you'll find it. It's a minor thing longer term. You’ll see.

Actually, we know that most of the time, it is absolutely NOT about the money. It’s about desire.

If I said to you, “You just won a brand new Hummer. I need you to get the insurance on it this week, which will cost you $3000., send me the proof, and it’ll be sitting in your driveway within 3 weeks.” Do you think you’d find the money? You bet!

If you don't HAVE the money, you've got to borrow the money. It's OK. It's a good risk and it’s a business expense.
