I went to the beach and enjoyed myself. My strength slowly returns as I allow myself to enjoy things that before were not that important to me. Not having kids of my own, my revelation was beneficial to my own well-being. I call my parents more often now, my eyes are open now to the fact that life and family shouldn't be taken for granted.
